Registered Celebrant

I am a registered Celebrant  through the Oamaru Spiritualist Church. This indicates that my style is working in the Spiritualist way, connecting with angels and those who have passed over.

The Spiritualist way is to be open to all philosophies and doctrines. This means whatever you want in a Ceremony I am open to working with.

I talk to the person/s involved in the Ceremony to hear their ideas of what they want and between us we come up with the ideal Service to fit the needs of the person/s involved. If you would like simple, elaborate, contemporary or unusual you can be sure to have your needs met, in an easy caring, respectful manner .

Although  anyone can take a Funeral Service, and many people do this, mainly because they were involved personally with the family of the departed.

It can be easier to work with a Celebrant as they have a personal, professional touch , they have experience and although very respectful , are not emotionally involved.  Because I have been a qualified Counselor, for many years , understand the process of grief. I understand this can be a difficult time for family for various reasons. As a professional Celebrant
